Deliveries – UK Mainland
- Minimum order is £100 ex VAT (£300 ex VAT for initial order for a new account).
- A carriage paid order to the UK mainland is £300 ex VAT (excluding Scottish Highlands).
- A £10 carriage charge is incurred if an order is under £300 ex VAT.
Deliveries – Non-UK Mainland / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight
- Minimum order is £100.
- A carriage paid order to Non-UK mainland is £500 ex VAT.
- A £10 carriage charge is incurred if an order is under £500 ex VAT.
Deliveries – Scottish Highlands & Islands
Please note that our courier – Parcelforce, class the following post codes as ‘Highlands & Islands’:
ALL HS, IV, KW and ZE Postcodes, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44 and PH49-50
- Minimum order is £100
- A carriage paid order to the Scottish Highlands & Islands is £500 ex VAT
- A £10 carriage charge is incurred if an order is under £500 ex VAT
Deliveries – Ireland
Carriage has more than doubled as a result of Brexit. All new processing costs being incurred by the couriers are being passed on to us. It is now costing circa £20.00 p/box to ship stock to Ireland. Therefore;
- Carriage will be charged at £10.00 p/box for all shipments and on all orders.
- No Minimum order value (except opening order – £300.00 to open account)
We will be despatching all consignments on a DDU* basis.
*DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid – the Customer pays all tax (VAT) and duty.
We will ship the consignment with all relevant customs declarations and the goods will be held at a Parcelforce bonded warehouse on arrival into Ireland. You will be contacted by Parcelforce and once all the relevant fees have been paid by yourselves, the goods will be released for delivery.
The tax (VAT) will be due at this point as well as the duty. The tax (VAT) can be claimed back as normal on your VAT return.
Our understanding (@ 17th February 2021) is that the duty will be a maximum of 9.7% (depending on the composition of the bag). This is subject to change.
